Losing streak over: WVU stuns No. 22 Houston

WVU football's five-game losing streak is over. The Mountaineers earned their first Big 12 Conference win under head coach Rich Rodriguez by taking down No. 22 Houston in 45-35 fashion. WVU shows improvement in loss to TCU

In his second collegiate start, true freshman quarterback Scotty Fox threw for over 300 yards and two scores, but it wasn't enough for West Virginia to overcome a slow start in a 23-17 loss to TCU. Nick Farrell and Sydney Cariel react to the game. 

WVU falls at UCF, remains winless vs. Big 12 foes

History indicated that WVU might be in good shape heading into the matchup with UCF. Both teams were winless in Big 12 play entering the contest, but WVU had never previously lost to the Knights. That changed Saturday, as the Mountaineers were once again trounced in a road game, this time in 45-13 fashion in the Sunshine State. Hosts Nick Farrell and Cody Nespor react to the action. 

Mountaineers fall to 0-3 in Big 12 play

WVU football's latest setback came at the hands of BYU. The Cougars bested the Mountaineers 38-24 on their home turf. The game ended early Saturday morning here in West Virginia.
